Noswall Management Services places a workforce of 3,000 across client sites — 3,000 payslips to get right, to the pesewa, every payday. They'd carried that on a custom-built ERP since 2019, and as they grew it buckled under the weight. They moved the whole operation — people, payroll and 36,000 documents — onto ClickxHR.
Every employee photo and document — some 36,000 of them — had been stored as base64 text inside the database, which had swollen to 56 GB and dragged everything down. ClickxHR carried it all across into modern cloud storage and one system: exact Ghana payroll on the GRA 2026 PAYE bands and SSNIT Tiers 1–3, payslips to mobile money, client billing, and every document searchable in seconds.
